The interview lasted about 5-8 minutes long,the questions were fairly easy. You get paid bi-weekly and they train you. I did a drug test and back ground check the same day but i had to go to two different place to get that done. I will be cleaning for a elementary school, and they made sure to assign me to a school close to my home. The process so far is quick. I was interviewed,took drug test,and back ground check all in one day and have orientation tomorrow.
