Hi and thank you for submitting your response on our interview process. We apologize on your experience and appreciate your reasons. For our Client Solutions Consultants, we do make sure we prep our candidates on how interviews will go. We explain interviews could be conducted in either Thai or English, as our consultants are working with both thai and international clients. Sometimes, our Thai clients have international employees included in the meetings, resulting in the consultant having to switch back and forth in languages in the conversation. We do our very best to make our interviews close to situations we would have with our clients as to make sure the candidate is aware of the role dynamics and so we also know we are hiring the right consultant to lead our projects. We apologize the interviews did not go as expected in terms of your experience. We will take your feedback into consideration for future calls and interviews.
