I had a really disappointing experience interviewing with Serotonin. The head of recruitment who conducted the interview was shockingly unprofessional from the get-go. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or give any kind of overview of the company or role, it felt like she didn’t want to be there at all. The moment I mentioned I didn’t have direct experience in a specific niche (which was never mentioned on my resume to begin with), her interest visibly dropped. It was clear she hadn’t read my background properly beforehand. Within just 10 minutes, she jumped straight to asking if I had any questions for her. When I did ask something, she responded in a rushed, surface-level way, like she just wanted to wrap things up and move on. The whole thing felt transactional and cold. If you're considering applying here, I highly recommend reading the Glassdoor reviews first, there's a reason this company sits at 2.8/5. That low rating isn’t random. Don’t waste your time like I did.
