A really uncomfortable interview, questions were really weird (the were just math calculations instead of situational questions, in many years I’ve never seen this). The feedback was horrible to since they told me they didn’t have a real reason to say no to me and the decision was random (???). Another funny fact is that the ceo of the company posted that they reopened the interview process for this role just to give the chance to an internal referral, so probably it was all a big waste time. Really unprofessional people and processes.
