Sentrana interview questions

1 hour phone call. Highly disorganized, they didn't know if I was applying for a summer or a full time position. It was clearly the persons first time doing an interview. A lot of the questions were cringe worthy. Tell me about a time you have resolved a conflict etc.

Long, met w/ ~4 people. Very candid, learned a lot. Did not have to give presentation or do any technical tasks as other applicants have had to. I'm required to write 30 words.
