Interview
I applied at Sensible in May and was interviewed about a week later. This was a new position.
As a new position, I felt as though the interviewer was not well-versed with marketing objectives or terminology, but was making judgements on a candidate. I discussed a potential idea that I had to advance patient acquisition. At the end, she asked me to repeat it in more detail, and wrote she wrote it down. She also asked me to send over my portfolio and said I would be hearing back in no more than two weeks.
I didn’t hear anything back after I sent over my portfolio. I think it’s in poor taste to ask for more information on my idea, write it down, ask for my portfolio, and ghost me afterwards. This especially being a company that focuses on mental health.

Interview
I've interviewed with Sensible Care twice. Both times I have made it through two rounds of interviews and told I would hear something either way. Both times I never received a response.
