I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sense Corp
Interview
Basic question about what my current position was, what I wanted to do. At the end she mentioned I would be working from Austin or Atlanta 4 days a week. I told her this was indefeasible she said it wasn't for me then.
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Sense Corp in Mar 2019
Interview
First of all, they took almost a year to contact me after I applied for the position.
I no longer needed the job but went ahead with the interview anyway.
The interviewer was very condescending right from the start. She talked proudly about Sense Corp supporting professional development and training yet blew me off for not having enough consulting experience, and asked nothing about ability to learn. I have been in consulting for the past few years, and I'm not saying that they should hire me just because of that, but she repeatedly reiterated that I'm not "really" a consultant. At that point I knew this was a company I did not want to work for. It was odd that the interviewer and the company as a whole likes to brand themselves as "Management Consulting" when really they are a technology consulting company.
