Very random and unstructured. Interviews making discriminatory comments, late, not prepared, virtually wasting everyone’s time and getting free consultation. Very concerning practices mentioned during the interview. No follow up, no feedbacks provided, no names of interviewers prior to scheduling. Rushed and really lacks basic professional demeanor and understanding of employment laws.
