I had one interview which was with 3 person, it wasn’t that easy they asked some tricky question. You should have a good insight about college culture and their mission. Totally they were nice

Apply online, get called in for interview, takes couple of days and they send an email of acceptance. Pay is non negotiable but its not bad. Interviewer was friendly and cheerful.
