A recruiter reached out for an initial screen and determined I'd be a better fit for a role that wasn't listed on the Sendoso website. I interviewed with one of the hiring managers, she moved me on to another hiring manager, and that was the extent of the process for me.
Throughout the process, I reached out to the recruiter 3 times (once in preparation for my initial interview and twice to ask questions about next steps). I didn't hear back. She did reach out after both interviews were done to let me know they'd get back to me the following day, but did not reply to my follow-up question on that email thread. I had to follow-up the following day to get the templated rejection.
The second interview I had was rescheduled once, and then the VP of Enterprise sales cut it off after 30 minutes because he had a personal matter to attend to. His last question was a bout a gap in my resume as it pertained to team management and then said he had to go but that we should talk again. A follow-up wasn't scheduled.
Sloppy process that doesn't leave candidates feeling valued IMO.
