The interview process for Sendero at an associate level was very straightforward and simple. There were 2 back to back meetings that were behavioral and then a case in person at their HQ.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sendero (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2021

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to do something that had never been done before.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sendero (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
Started with a brief screening call, and then did a 1 hour virtual behavioral interview with one manager. She asked about 5-6 behavioral questions. Then, I was asked to come in person for another behavioral interview. It was the same format as the virtual interview, and some of the questions were the same. I did not have a case study in any of my interviews. Make sure to be conversational. They want good answers, but they really want to know you are a culture fit. Make sure to start by genuinely trying to get to know your interviewer and answer your questions honestly and with the STAR structure. It's really straightforward and they want you to succeed.
