Self-Help Credit Union Program Associate interview questions

Hope to leave some constructive feedback after great interviews and conversations. Overall, the job portal at SH and email notifications leave the impression that roles are open for months, maybe even years, before being closed. I just got a "role filled" email for a job I applied for 6-8 months ago, but never interviewed for. I was in the final interview stages for a different position and was told via a form email that I wouldn't be moving forward. Even this process took months to set up to do internal changes and team restructuring apparently. My request for feedback after a written assignment went unanswered which was tough after hours and hours of prep. I wish hiring departments would have a bit more empathy for folks that are on the other side.
