Interview
A single interview with the two-man management team. Very informal and a pleasant experience. One manager was especially pleasant and did the majority of the talking done by them, while the other simply sat quietly in the corner.
The quiet one turned out to be my superior, something which was a bit of a surprise when I took up the position.
After a half hour of running down my past experience, what I had done in university etc, we began talking about my likes and dislikes. This eventually ended up as an informal chat, with both of us expressing surprise and how much time had gone by!
