Competitive to get interview but very transparent throughout the process and provide feedback if you aren't selected which many companies wont do

didn't even pass the initial recruiter interview. I applied and got a phone call to set up and interview and it was conversational. She responded when I asked why I didn't get the next round so I appreciated that. Don't make the same mistake I did and ask about all the negative glassdoor reviews!
