The interview process was swift, consisting of three phases. The interviewers seemed very pleasant, and everything proceeded smoothly. When the manager inquired if I was prepared to make the transition, I expressed concerns about relocating with my family. The manager promised to consult with HR about possible adjustments to the position and to follow up with me. However, I have not heard back from the company since then. Even though I suspected I might not get the job, it feels unprofessional to leave a candidate waiting for a response after assuring them you would get back to them.
