Interview
You will have at least one face to face interview. You have to complete personality test, IQ test, and skills test thru online.
This job is not very everyone, which require special personality. People, office, and work culture are nice. However, you need to be ready to work hard. Caseloads are various depend on which account you work for.
Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
