I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Portland, OR) in Jan 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the head of the office, a supervisor, and my (soon to be) direct supervisor. Series of scenario, experience, and behavior based questions. Not too difficult nor especially easy. It was what I expected and it went well. I was not drug tested but there was a background check
Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.
