Was called in for multiple interviews, underwent a complete background check and drug screening, given a start date just to be emailed that the position has been filled by someone else. I've attempted to contact the recruiter, however to return call or email to say what happened. I've done all asked of me because I really wanted to be a part of this company since I'd heard so many good things about this company throughout my insurance career.

Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.

Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
