Phone interview after staffing agency forwarded my resume. 11 min conversation with the claims manager, received a call back the next day to start work with in a week. The. Process was short and sweet.

Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.

Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
