Interview
Initially spoke with the CTO/founder. He was very pleasant and eager to go over the product architecture. I later spoke with another engineer. We discussed my background and the products I had been working on with my current employer. We discussed benefits and work environment. Not any really technical questions.

Interview
I was directly called for in-person interview and had one to one interview with 6-7 of the team-members. It was a bit grilling interview and took 4 and 1/2 hours. They all mostly grilled me on my back experience with implementing single sign on and security protocols, web services etc.
