What do you think the role of a customer success advocate is?
Invited to interview by office manager. Interview consisted of simple OOP design task and a series of technical questions. No coding, but quite an in-dept discussion on when certain design patterns might be appropriate.

Short & direct process in 1:1 situation. First with direct manager and 2nd with his manager. Friendly atmosphere and relatively straight forward question with complete role transparency. Intro to the brand was clear and helpful.
