The first interview was conversational and informal. Before the next interview I was asked to write a fundraising letter based on a few facts about an injured dog that was adopted. After I submitted my letter I received an email saying they and the Board Pres. are looking for a bit of a different skill set at this time, particularly more experience with photography, videography, editing, and graphic design. Candidates should've been screened first instead of wasting everyone's time not just in the interview but a full day writing a letter. This is not a development director but a coordinator position.
