There are two back-to-back panel interviews. One with the study's managers and PI, and another with the research team you will be working with. It was in person. I'd recommend researching Seattle Children's, specifically its mission and why you want to work in research.

3 rounds interview: recruiter phone interview; online interview with seniors, in person interviews with multiple head departments (about 5 people - 30 mins each) . Most of questions are behavioral questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Seattle Children's
Interview
We had a scheduled phone interview which she never called. I called and texted her and she claimed she had covid and to email her for a new scheduled interview time which I did. She never responded to my email and never texted or called me back. Every time I apply for a cna position it seems like I can never get a interview like she blacklisted me. I cannot believe seattle childrens allows people like her to pull this kind of behavior.
