Over the phone, very friendly and thorough. Shared previous hospital and marketing experience
Shared personality and how to be assertive. Also share continuing education and specific swallow assessment course.
There are three interviews/calls in total. Be prepared for behavior questions, and a couple of questions will be asked about personality and clinical judgment. The interviews were not hard, prepare for your past experience question and why you want to work at Seasons Care, and other questions are gut-feeling questions.
