The interview process was very quick. General questions such as customer service and how i could contribute to the company in my own unique way. Overall, the interview went just great

Very quick interview, scheduled via phone and met in person. Asked a lot of customer service based questions and back ground information questions. I would rate this job for retail customer service.

Explain a high-stress situation and how you handled it.
You will start out with an email then it goes into a phone interview and one more phone interview. They ask the normal questions about customer service how you will treat an irate customer and about having no cell phones on you when you work.
