After applying to the opportunity, the HR contacted me to have a first interview to get to know me better and explain about the position. In the end, the interviewer mentioned that he would get back to me soon regarding the decision to move forward or not and the next steps. 2-3 weeks have passed since then, but I haven't heard anything from the company. I sent an email questioning the process situation and asking a feedback regarding my application, but I simply got ignored. I felt very disappointed because it looked like a great company and I was very excited about the opportunity

I think the recruiting team as such is excellent, but the truth is that the person from the technical department seems to give excuses rather than professional feedback. The interview consisted of different phases: call, technical test, review and later talk with the team. After reviewing the test that went well for me, they told me that they rejected me for having experience as a consultant, according to the technical person I was not going to have specialized experience in a tool for that reason, which seems absurd to me. In projects, you generally work with trending technologies and strengthen all soft and technical skills. I think that the person in charge of the department lacks more experience to do interviews because it seems that he does not understand the area or the market. Good luck to the future candidates, but I think that a team with such a person as leader is not going to get very far.
