Interview
I received a recruiter call first. The nicest recruiter I have ever talked to! He scheduled me for an online technical interview with a staff machine learning engineer who claimed to be the hiring manager for this role.
This guy was so angry with zero communication and people skills! He joined the call and immediately started asking questions about my background. He didn't bother to even ask about how my day was going. So, I could immediately understand a lot about the company culture.
He then asked two coding questions which I answered correctly. I offered brute force solutions and also optimized solutions in 45 minutes. The guys stayed silent during the coding challenges. He just copy pasted the questions on the screen and then muted himself. No tips, no suggestions, nothing!
We had 15 minutes left but he just said have a good day and hung up. Didn't allow me to ask any questions about the team or the role or the company. He claimed to be the hiring manager for the role, so I naturally wanted to know more about his expectations. Sent him a thank you note anyway, but he ignored it as expected.
2 days later I received the rejection email. I asked for feedback on how I could improve, but they claimed that they found someone with more experience.
So, if culture is important to you, do not waste your time with this company.

Interview
A recruiter screen followed by a technical round. The technical round was super dry and the interviewer provided no feedback or suggestions. The questions were typical leetcode medium questions and had little to do with the role applied for. Couldn’t progress to other rounds and the fact that they still ask leetcode questions is laughable

Interview
Submitted application online, then received an email asking about my availability for a phone interview. I sent them my availability, but did not get any reply, until one day I received a rejection letter.
It is so weird: sending an interview invitation followed by a rejection letter, but without any interview...
