I was several weeks into the interview process and the day before my back-to-back interviews with the team, I was told hiring was temporarily stalled and that they'd be in touch soon. Never heard back.
Calls with recruiters, the hiring manager, and a panel of stakeholders that you'll work with. The recruiter did a good job of highlighting what each person on the panel was like and what they would mainly ask about.

Their HR is incompetent. She wasn’t following my answers to her questions. Also when I asked her which email marketing automation software they use she couldn’t even answer that question. How can you trust initial screening to be done by such incompetent person? How can such person do the screening without knowing the ESP you use where it’s the main focus of the job? It’s a technical role. You should either train your HR to understand what the role entails or let the Hiring manager to do the screening.
