Was invited to welcome presentation explaining the role in more detail. I was then invited to interview a week later. Consisted of questions being given beforehand the day before interview.

Very simple, more of just a friendly chat instead of an interview with a few question being asked to see about skills and experience that you may have that would work well for the job
