This is more about the application process. There are lots of bad, outdated application platforms out there (looking at you Workday), but whatever this garbage is that this company uses this blows every single one of them out of the water for how horrific, outdated, and over the top it is. They even ask you for past salary information for each past job, which is illegal. They require a 15-letter + additional requirement passwords to make an account to start an application. Basically, anything they can ask you that is a waste of a job applicant's time is on this application.

Interviewer seemed more interested in talking about his Eames chair and forcing swears into every other sentence while discussing interviews he had with previous applicants. Didn't learn much about the job.

Overall it was a nice and conversational interview but very quickly realized it was going nowhere after sharing my salary expectations despite meeting all of the qualifications of the job description (which was pretty extensive for a role of this level). Ultimately, it seems like they were looking for someone who can do everything but not willing to pay for the person who can.
