      I applied online. I interviewed at Scopely (Larga Distancia) in May 2024

      Very long with lots of questions during several interviews. As usual you begin talking with some one from recruiting team and after that you interviews with the rest of the team.

      I applied online. I interviewed at Scopely

      Interviewer was late, Interview consisted of him mostly giving me an elevator pitch of the project all while he didn't seem impressed by me or was bored, which is okay, we all have people we click with and I apparently didn't with him. My issue is they completely ghosted me. They didnt even bother with a rejection letter, even after a follow-up from me to their recruiter a few days later. I loved the project he pitched tbh, but after the lack of follow up or acknowledgment of my follow-up, I suppose it was a bullet dodged.

      There were no real questions... he gave me fairly long elevator pitch of the project, I expressed legitimate excitement about it (it really sounded awesome), he seemed a little bored or exhasperated at my excitement, then went on about how I'd probably tell him whatever he wanted to hear to get a job (which wasnt true... I already have a job NOW that is good). He also did ask if I felt there were any holes or gaps or fears in what he explained after him never bothering to explain the team makeup or plan.
