Very fast, very thorough. Met with 6 people over the course of a week. Very responsive to questions, very quick with info. Interviewers are very well-prepared, and professional, and they know their stuff, so come prepared yourself.

Interview process was great. Initial screening process was refreshing, openly sharing initial information in both directions. Very transparent and made it easy for both sides to determine next steps. Interview process was a panel, but done in a 1:1 format - each about 30 minutes (4 total). I absolutely loved the fact that you get to interact with multiple leaders in each department. A mutual and respectful questions / answers session. I left each conversation fully understanding the culture and structure of departments. Also, the 1:1 discussions were very honest and transparent, making a decision easy. I wish more companies would structure the interview process like SchoolStatus. It would really help in pairing talent to the organizations culture and needs.
