Pretty standard, mainly focusing on attitude and if you have had any prior hospitality experience. I got feedback relatively quickly as well on the outcome of the interview. Interviewer was the manager so you can always get a good gauge of team culture

Average questions about experience and availability. Video interview during lockdown, but now I think they ask you to come to the store. you'll be asked to work in the store for 2 hours to see if you can do the work. If they really need you they'll call.

Group interview, about 20 people. Asked to do activities which required communication and teamwork. Also asked questions about self and previous work experience. Very friendly experience and not very stressful at all.
