Interview
Overall, the interview process was relatively basic. I was invited to a phone/video interview, where the bulk of the career questioning occured, followed by a plant tour with light interview aspects as the final phase.

Question 1
There were very few questions asked. Most of what occurred was direct explanation of the role and what it would entail.
However during the video call I was asked the general question of what one of my strengths was in regards to the role.
