Candidature initiale : Après avoir soumis la candidature en ligne, j'ai reçu une réponse rapide de la part des ressources humaines pour planifier une première prise de contact.
Entretien téléphonique de présélection : Un recruteur a pris contact pour discuter des compétences générales, de l'expérience professionnelle et de l'adéquation avec le poste. Cet échange a permis de clarifier les attentes mutuelles et d'expliquer plus en détail les missions du poste.
Entretien technique : Lors de cette étape, j'ai été invité à un entretien avec un responsable technique. Celui-ci portait principalement sur mes compétences en matière de tests automatisés, mes connaissances en outils QA comme Selenium, ainsi que mes capacités à résoudre des problèmes techniques concrets.

Interview
I would say this is one of the good interviews I attended so far. I had my phone interview a week back I was interviewed by a lady she asked me some good set of questions which are indirect and so manipulative which make us think and answer. I answered most of the questions right and few questions which I didn't answer she told me how to code.
Got selected in the phone interview I thought I can learn a lot from this project and was curious to join. Next week I was tied up and couldn't attend so I rescheduled after a week.
The day before the interview I got an offer letter for an awaited service based company with a better package, permanent job and assured onsite opportunity.
Went next day to the interview didn't answer to well know questions and there was a guy who asks me do you know what is vowels felt humiliated and came home.
Overall good knowledgeable people with a good project to learn and grow.
