My experience started with a screening call labeled as an 'interview,' which was essentially just a screening. The first two rounds were scheduled promptly, about a week apart, and involved technical questions that required significant preparation. However, after the second round, I've been left in the dark for over a month. Despite multiple follow-ups, I've received no feedback or updates on my status. The least they could do is keep candidates warm or provide proper feedback if one hasn't made it. It's disappointing that after all the time and effort invested, candidates are left without the courtesy of a response. It's not only disrespectful but also a waste of time, so proceed with caution.
