I applied directly through a recruiter for a position at this company. The interview itself went well from my perspective, and the interviewers responded positively to me. Although the recruiter arrived late and apologized, the rest of the interview process was smooth. There were no indications that I was a bad fit for the role; in fact, the interviewers were impressed with my CV and motivation.
The interview process involved a few team members. After my in-person interview, someone from their team (who had only conducted the initial phone call to set up the in-person meeting and didn’t ask any detailed questions about the position) called to inform me that they would not be proceeding with my application. I was not given a reason, which was surprising considering how well the interview seemed to go. What struck me as odd was that the person who interviewed me didn’t deliver the news themselves; instead, they had someone else do it.
I later applied for another role within the company. Initially, someone from the hiring team responded, but then they completely ghosted me.
Overall, the interview experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear communication and follow-through.
