Informal. Had to prepare a presentation about SCADA and explain the process. Then give more details about my experiences on my CV. Questions had technical aspects and behavior. Overall really good experience allowing me to present my abilities in the best possible way.

Interview
3 long interviews with different aspects of the position and different Engineers or managers and take you to headquarters for last interview with Manager and Team. Once that is complete you are hired.
3 rounds of interview, HR, HR + Hiring Manager, Hiring Manger and a team member.
Overall was a pleasant experience, questions were a mix of technical and behavioural.
Meeting were held in person.

Interview
Video interview followed by behavioral interview over Teams. Very straightforward process and enjoyable interviews. The behavioral portion mostly focuses on interests in your role. The HireVue was the first time I’ve used it but it was self explanatory and easy to follow, I enjoyed the format where you could have a second try if needed.
