At first I applied through their site in their careers page. After about 3 weeks they send me an email telling me that they wanted to do an one way one way view interview done using the Hirevue app.

Interview
First there is an Application stage, then if you're successful a Video Interview where you answer no more than 5/10 questions. Finally there is an Assessment Centre where you could potentially do a group task, presentation, and then a 1 - 1 interview.
Overall the interview experience is great, everyone is very welcoming.
