They had an online aptitude exam conducted by Co-Cubes.The questions were very basic.Important points regarding aptitude are
1)Select the easy questions since paper length was very big.Don't waste your time on other questions which you don't know
2)Pick English questions first.
3)Try to solve question through options.Reverse Engineering
4)DI was very easy but the main concern was calculation.How fast you solve.
Once you will clear your written exam you will be called for an interview.They have basically two rounds
1)Technical
2)HR
Important tips for Technical interview
1)Interviewer is always interested in what you know.What you don't know in that No one is interested so better be in your domain.
2)Be good in Power electronics, Switch gear and protection,Machines and its design and most important what is Power factor.
3)Interviewer is looking for some smart answer so just don't answer like "RATTO TOTA".You better back it with your goods.Practical utilization is more important than theoretical.
4)Be ready for some surprise question.
Important points for HR Interview
1)Smile is very important and Confidence as well.
2)There ain't no rocket science question in HR.But you need to be very honest and i"ll say bit diplomatic as well.
I luckily cracked all the stages and i have been recruited over there and yes they are not mass recruiter so better would be Back it up with your goods
