I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Reading, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
There is a recruiting team in another location who contacted me to set up an initial phone screen. The hiring manager was in another location as well. He contacted me. Initial discussion was him asking me what I felt were personal questions about family, marital status etc. Very little discussion about my experience. Shortly after the phone screen I was contacted again by the recruiter to set up an on site face to face interview. I arrived at the facility 15 minutes early but was stuck at the front locked door. There was no receptionist. There was a phone at the door to call whoever you were there to see. Since the hiring manager I was meeting with was from another location, his phone number wasn't listed. I called the recruiter and got voice mail. I called some of the numbers listed by the phone but no answer. Finally someone walked by who let me in. I was now late for the interview I was actually 15 minutes early for.
The interview lasted about 10 minutes. I felt as if it was a waste of my time.
Long but a lot to learn. 5 stages of interview - took over 2-3 months long. Only 2 people selected over 100+ candidates so competition is intense. Need to have some sort of background in Supply chain
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Smyrna, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
I had an opportunity to talk both to hiring manager and team-leads. The process was very organized, people were very knowledgeable about the role, they clearly stipulated their expectations from this role, asked meaningful questions as well as shared all needed info about the role, factory, business process and tasks. Also, everybody was eager to answer my questions. My overall experience and feeling about the process is very positive and I appreciate such professional and respective attitude to the candidate during the recruiting process!

There was a case-question for a scpecific situation that may happen in supply-vendor-customer flow. They needed to know what I would do to fix it.
