The interviewers are very nice but the scenario questions they asked were so vague it made it difficult to answer. Not sure what they wanted to hear. I feel it would make more sense if throughout the scenario they give you numbers and symptoms as you assess the person. Because once you tell them what you would do they push for more and more and logically you would not know what's next as you still have the same info as when you started.

Applied online and was contacted for a Zoom interview (about 45 minutes). The interview included a mix of clinical scenario and personal questions. If selected, they proceed with reference checks as the next step. After the interview, HR called me to proceed with references. Weeks went by with no response. When I followed up, I was told the position was on hold. I found this to be very unprofessional.
