Interview
Easy interview process, one phone call, a few interviews after. Both HR and hiring manager interviews were straightforward and everyone was friendly. Whole process took around 4 weeks with a few time lieu to reply to the offer.
Applied for a frontend role, recruiter later on last minute switched the interview and take home assignment to fullstack/ai even after I mentioned I am only frontend. She wanted me to try to do it anyway, of course I did not go well as it is not my expertise.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Scania (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
HR interview followed by interview with manager, and lastly, interview with team colleagues. No coding interview for global graduate program but on the last interview they asked some general coding questions.
A personality and logical test online. Then the HR interview and manager interview. Some behavioral questions and personal info in the first one. The second one focuses on technical abilities.
