The first step is a manager phone call, the second step is an onsite interview(two managers, with a senior developer, including technical discussion), and the last one is an HR interview.

Interview
It consisted of three rounds. One was a test, the a round with some people from the project with HR , then it was with the manger. At the end final round with the HR again and then offer was made.
