1- Apply from the website 2- Alva logic and persoanlity test 3- General first interview . 4- If you go further to the next step there will be a second interview which is more focused on the technical aspects. 5- Depending on how many candidates they have for the next step, there might be also 3rd interview. 6- If you become a final candidate there will be a background check and this background check needs to be passed in order for you to get your work employment contract.
