Online interview, x2 - two telephone interviews for procurement graduate trainee role. Interview was very friendly however, I was asked a few engineering questions when it was a business role.

What do you know about the technical specifications of our engines
The process consisted multiple steps. First we had to do an Alva labs test. Thereafter, there was a short interview via phone followed by a teams interview. The lucky ones who made it to the final stage participated in an assessment day.
