Scan-IT Applications Developer (Java) interview questions

I was invited by the HR team for interview, I traveled long and covered such a long distance t and appeared for the interview. But after visiting their office they told that HR panel is on Leave so we can't conduct Interview. They asked me to leave and told that they will conduct telephonic round. even though i had acknowledged the confirmation mail saying that i will be available for interview on the mentioned date but they didn't informed me saying that HR Team is not available. In short No standard hiring/interview procedure. No protocol.
