Scale Staff Software Engineer, Platform interview questions

Shared Screen presentation of a developed software product. No actual platform/programming/language questions asked in 1 hour meeting. Seems they're predominantly looking for culture fit. Looks like they've got issues regarding work/life balance if you read reviews. It's a start-up on round F so that's par for their course. Pay is at high end of scale. Interviewer was pretty young/inexperienced and didn't fully understand value of presented product in relation to what it could provide given his lack of enthusiasm and fundamental questions. If you're over 40 I would pass on this one. Suspect there's some maturity issues going on with this organization.
