I applied through a staffing agency and the interview was conducted over MS Teams.
The first 2 round was a technical discussion and the difficulty level was moderate. After clearing up first 2 technical rounds, they came up with an online aptitude test (they call it Metis test). The aptitude test consisted of 25 questions and you need to solve them within 75 minutes. The aptitude test was very tough and I felt like If am writing my B School exam to get into any of the top B schools. This was a total rip off and I felt like I wasted my time into something which was not productive at all.

Interview
Interviewer was a backend developer and he had a good bank of questions. He asked about the tiny details to know actual hands-on experience on the topics. Overall experience was good.

it was amazing but even after giving all answers they rejected without any reason.
