I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Savage X Fenty (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process wasn't that bad. I received an email to come in for an interview and thought it was a group interview based on how the email was worded but when I arrived it wasn't. I had the interview with a store manager from another location (not location I was applying for). It was smooth and professional and it led to a second interview which then turned into employment
It's a 5 step process. I was told that it would be initial phone meeting, then Zoom meeting with department head, then a project, group Zoom interview, and then in-person interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Savage X Fenty (Berlin) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview lasts for approximately 3-4 rounds, with one of them serving as a means to go over the answers you have recorded for a mini-assignment they give you. In comparison to other companies, I found the assignment to not only be in-depth to prove whether you have a good understanding of the brand identity, but it did keep in mind that you most probably are applying to other companies throughout your studies as well, cutting it down to a manageable format.
I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the interviews with both of my to-be supervisors, although one of them has since left the company. I therefore can't speak for the new worker who may have taken over her role and what they are like; but with everyone being relatively polite and cordial, I would not be surprised if they had a similar open demeanor. I would recommend, but only if looking for a short-term internship.

Question 1
If you could have one particular influencer representing our brand, who would it be? And why? What do they do specifically?
